This park also has spectacular sceneries including Crater Lakes and rolling savannah plains overlooking the snow capped Rwenzori Mountain ranges.
You will enjoy game drives, a boat cruise and chimp tracking, a visit to Lake the second deepest lake in world and you conclude with gorilla tracking in Bwindi Impenetrable forest National Park, not forgetting the memorable Batwa cultural trail experience where you get to learn about this bushmen pigmy tribe that lives the forests.

Itinerary
Travel to Queen Elizabeth National Park
You will depart Kampala in the morning after breakfast and travel westwards through Uganda’s beautiful green countryside to the Queen Elizabeth National Park. The journey will take 6-7 hours with stopovers at areas of tourist attraction such as the Royal Drum makers’ village and the Equator for an opportunity to stand in two hemispheres at the same time.
You will continue through the Savannah grasslands with lots of banana plantations and several herds of local long horned Ankole cattle endemic to this part of the country.
You will get to Queen Elizabeth National Park in the evening. Dinner and overnight will be at Kazinga Channel View Resort or Tembo Safari Lodge
Game drive and boat cruise
You will set off early (about 6.30am) for a morning game drive, an awesome experience to spot the animals in natural habitats. Expect to see the famous Big Five; Elephant, Buffalos, Lions, Bush bucks, Kobs, Giant forest hog, Hyenas leopards, antelopes, and Waterbucks as well as birds.
You will return for breakfast and relax till lunch. In the afternoon you will take a launch cruise along the amazing Kazinga channel to see, at close range, the water animals to include Hippos, Buffalos, Crocodiles and elephants bathing on the channel banks. There is also a variety of bird species on the water banks especially the famous Shoebill, pelican and Jacana. Dinner and overnight will Kazinga Channel View Resort or Tembo Safari Lodge
Chimp tracking – Lake Bunyonyi – Bwindi
After your breakfast early morning head to the forest for chimp tracking, and chimp tracking takes 3-4hrs after proceed to Kagamba then Ntungamo town where you will have your lunch en-routes then proceed to Lake Bunyonyi in Kabale where you take an afternoon boat cruise on this Lake which derives its from bird Bunyonyi means a place for many birds and a good photographic experience later proceed to you’ Hotel to check in, Dinner and Overnight at White Horse Inn/Cephas Inn/Broadbill Forest Camp
Gorilla tracking & Batwa trail experience
Wake up early in the morning have your breakfast set properly your packed lunch, then go for briefing by UWA rangers, after you enter in the jungle to trek the fascinating endangered gorillas the rare species that have almost human characters, you will also have a chance to sight other primates like the blue, red tailed monkey and other species of animals, your guides will help you so much to catch a glimpse and have a lot of information and you will come back with memorable moments.
Trekking gorillas takes 6-7hrs. Then later comeback have lunch relax before heading for the Batwa trail experience in the evening, it’s not that demanding so no need to worry, afterwards return to your Lodge for dinner and overnight at White Horse In /Cephas Inn/Broadbill Forest Camp/Nkuringo Gorilla Lodge
Return to Kampala
After your breakfast early morning proceed to Mbarara where you will have your lunch en-route after continue to Kampala where you will pass through Lake Mburo National Park where you will have a chance to sight zebras on your way back reach Kampala then to Entebbe Airport to catch you’ evening flight back home.
